The rental contract period can be extended on a yearly after the initial agreement has ended. When extending the contract a 10% discount will be applied to rental fee.

Yes, we have 3~7day free trial service to our new customers.

There will be no separate penalty fee for contract withdrawal before product delivery and installation. However, if the withdrawal occurs during or immediately after delivery or installation, the customer will be responsible for the delivery and installation costs.

The rental contract period and usage conditions are as follows:

• 12-month rental contract: Return the product to Z Robot after the contract expires.

• 24-month rental contract: Transfer ownership to the "Customer" after the contract expires.

• 36-month rental contract: Transfer ownership to the "Customer" after the contract expires.

• 48-month rental contract: Transfer ownership to the "Customer" after the contract expires.
